Easy Peanut Butter and Cornflake Candy

This peanut butter candy is super easy to make in a large saucepan, with sugar and corn syrup and peanut butter. This is a quick and easy candy to make for a family treat or candy craving.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) crunchy peanut butter
  • 6 cups cornflakes



Instructions:

Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Bring to a full boil.

Add the peanut butter and stir. Stir in the cornflakes about 1 cup at a time, blending well.

Using a teaspoon, drop onto wax paper and let cool.

Makes about 4 dozen candies.
