Mushroom and Pepper Pizza with Wild Rice
This vegetarian pizza is made with a purchased crust, pizza sauce, cooked wild rice, mushrooms, and soy cheese.Feel free to use another pizza crust or your own dough recipe for this pizza, and bake accordingly.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 10 ounces boboli
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced in thin
- 4 ounces low fat soy cheese, grated
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over Boboli
or
pizza dough. Sprinkle wild rice over pizza sauce and top with
the
remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes for the
Boboli
crust, or follow directions of the pizza dough recipe.
