Tangy Green Beans

  • 2 cans whole green beans, or used cooked frozen whole green beans (15 1/2 oz cans)
  • bacon strips, halved
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion -- grated





Drain beans. Wrap beans in bacon, about 6-7 beans in a piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Broil until bacon is done. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Pour hot sauce over beans and serve.
