Green Beans in Wine Sauce
Sherry or white wine help to flavor these tangy green beans.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 cups green beans, cooked
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry sherry or dry white wine
Instructions:
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and sherry.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans;
serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
