Green Beans in Wine Sauce

- 4 cups green beans, cooked
- 3 slices bacon -- diced
- 1 medium onion -- sliced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup sherry
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans;
serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
