Sheila's Cauliflower

This cauliflower casserole recipe is from a Mississippi cookbook.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower, fresh or frozen, about 1 pound of cut up cauliflower
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

    Instructions:

    Cook cauliflower until tender; drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over cauliflower. Mix milk, mayonnaise and mustard together; pour over cauliflower and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 350°, or until hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
