Cream of Crab Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 pound good quality crabmeat
  • Chopped parsley or chives

Instructions:

Dissolve bouillon cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and bouillon gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat and heat through. Garnish with parsley or chopped chives.
