Cream of Crab Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery salt
- Dash pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pound good quality crabmeat
- Chopped parsley or chives
Instructions:
Dissolve bouillon cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender,
blend
in flour and seasonings. Add milk and bouillon gradually; cook
until
thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat and heat through. Garnish with parsley or chopped chives.
