Hot Sauce for Falafels
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vegetable broth
- 6 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Red chili paste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro -- minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat, simmer until
slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
