Hot Sauce for Falafels

  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 6 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons Red chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro -- minced





Combine all ingredients in a pot. Over a medium heat, simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serves 4. VT July, 1993
