Blueberry Sauce

  • 1 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Blueberries -- thawed or fresh

Place the juice in a saucepan with the cornstarch. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add the blueberries. Heat through. Serve warm.
