Turkey Meatloaf


Ground turkey and Cheddar cheese, along with seasoned bread crumbs, make this a flavorful and relatively low fat meatloaf. Serve this tasty turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables. Use a mixture of ground turkey breast and less lean ground turkey for a moister meatloaf.

Instructions:

Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oven to 350°.

Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon mustard, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well blended.

Pack into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

For topping, combine the 2 tablespoons of mustard, vinegar, and small clove minced garlic. Spread over the meatloaf and return to the oven. Bake for another 10 minutes.
