Turkey Meatloaf
Ground turkey and Cheddar cheese, along with seasoned bread crumbs, make this a flavorful and relatively low fat meatloaf. Serve this tasty turkey meatloaf with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup seasoned (herb and garlic or Italian) fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 heaping tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
Topping
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
Instructions:
Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oven to 350°.
Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon mustard, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, egg, cheese, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until well blended.
Pack into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
For topping, combine the 2 tablespoons of mustard, vinegar, and small clove minced garlic. Spread over the meatloaf and return to the oven. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Serves 8
