Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°.
Put the melted butter in a shallow 2-quart baking dish (the baking dish should be big enough to fit the fillets in a single layer). Place the fish fillets in the bakign dish, turning to coat thoroughly with the melted butter. Sprinkle the fillets with the dill and salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
