Wash chicken and pat dry; cut into strips.
In a bowl combine the yogurt, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the chicken strips to the mixture and turn to coat thoroughly. Let stand to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the grill to medium heat.
Thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill over indirect heat until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes, turning after about 5 minutes.
