Broccoli Cornbread
Serve this flavorful, popular broccoli cornbread as a side dish for a family meal or take it to a potluck. It's a delicious and easy cornbread to make, and a great way to serve nutritious broccoli.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick (4 ounces) butter, melted
Instructions:
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine the drained broccoli with the cheese, onion, eggs, salt, and milk. Mix in the cornbread mix and melted butter.
Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
