Party Punch

This large quantity punch recipe makes about 4 dozen servings.
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 cups strong fresh tea, cooled
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups lemon juice 16 ounces frozen strawberries, partially mashed
  • 2 1/2 quarts ginger ale







Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Continue boiling for 5 minutes; set aside and let cool.

combine the cooled syrup with the tea, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and strawberries; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Serve over a ring or block of ice, adding the ginger ale just before serving.
Makes about 48 servings.
