Country Fried Potatoes
Basic country fries are delicious with breakfast, lunch, or any meal.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, cooled, diced or sliced
- salt and pepper
Heat butter in skillet; add prepared potatoes. Sauté without stirring, until golden on bottom. Turn and brown the other sided. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
