Country Fried Potatoes

Basic country fries are delicious with breakfast, lunch, or any meal.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
- Heat butter in skillet over medium-low heat; add prepared potatoes.
- Cook, without stirring, until golden on bottom.
- Turn and brown the other sided.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
