Fudge Brownies
These brownies are easy to make, with cocoa, vegetable oil, and chopped walnuts. Feel free to add chocolate chips to the batter or substitute pecans for the walnuts.

Total Time: 43 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Combine cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl; blend in 1/3 cup of the vegetable oil. Add boiling water and stir until thickened. Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining vegetable oil; stir until batter is smooth. Stir in flour, vanilla, and salt, mixing until well blended. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool brownies in pan on rack.
