Marshmallow Brownies
These brownies will disappear before your eyes! They're packed with goodies, including butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and pecans.
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
In a large heavy saucepan, melt butterscotch chips with butter. Stir in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Fold in pecans, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake - the center of the brownies will still be slightly soft.
