Parslied New Potatoes

New potatoes are cooked and seasoned with butter and fresh chopped parsley. I like curly parsley, but use Italian flat-leaf parsley if you prefer.
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 28 minutes
- New potato peels should be very thin, so there's no need to peel.
- Scrape or scrub as desired and to clean. Cook whole small new potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain and shake over heat to dry.
- Add butter; toss then sprinkle with parsley.
