Shrimp New Orleans
Most of the prep time for these shrimp is chilling time. They're easy to prepare with cooked shrimp and dressing ingredients, along with celery and green onions.
Prep Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds cleaned cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 green onions, with green tops, minced
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
Instructions:
Chill shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp and toss lightly. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serve on mixed greens or in cocktail glasses.
