Green Beans Lyonnaise
Bacon and a little onion and vinegar flavor these tasty cooked green beans.

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 17 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar or other vinegar
- dash pepper
- 4 cups hot cooked green beans, drained
Instructions:
Sauté diced bacon in a skillet until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. To bacon fat, add the chopped onion; sauté until onion is tender. Add the salt, vinegar, pepper, and hot cooked green beans. Toss and heat through. Transfer to a serving dish and top with reserved bacon.
Serves 6 to 8.
