Scalloped Potatoes with Green Pepper and Ham

This basic scalloped potato recipe includes diced ham and bell pepper.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 60 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  3. In greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, layer one-third each of the potatoes, the flour mixture, green pepper, onions, and ham. Repeat layers twice. Add milk.
  4. Sprinkle all over with the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
