Quick and Tasty Bean Bake

• 2 cans (about 15 1/2 ounces each) baked beans in tomato sauce
• 1 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 1 tablespoon chopped onions
• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 3 slices bacon

Mix beans with gingersnaps, ketchup, molasses, onions, and salt. Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with bacon and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Set under broiler to crisp the bacon.
Serves 6.
