Red Cabbage with Sweet and Tart Sauce
This red cabbage is served with a sweet and tart sauce.

Total Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 medium bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 5 cups cooked red cabbage
Instructions:
In saucepan simmer vinegar, brown sugar, cloves, salt, and bay leaf. Add grated onion; pour over hot cooked cabbage. Remove bay leaf.
Red cabbage recipe serves 6.
