Ramen Noodle Salad
A tasty noodle and cabbage salad with sweet and sour dressing.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
- 1 large head Napa cabbage, shredded or finely chopped
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2 packages uncooked Ramen noodles, (discard the seasoning package)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 5 tablespoons butter
Dressing
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Instructions:
Put cabbage and onions in large bowl; chill. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat; slowly cook noodles and almonds until lightly browned. Cool.
Combine dressing ingredients; refrigerate to chill thoroughly. Mix all ingredients just before serving. Ramen noodle salad recipe serves 10 to 12.
