Chicken With Grapes

This chicken and grapes recipe is cooked in the skillet for an easy and tasty meal. If you substitute boneless chicken breasts, the simmering time will be significantly lower, about 20 to 30 minutes.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

  • 3 pounds chicken parts
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • paprika



    Instructions:

    Wash and pat dry chicken. Rub chicken parts with lemon; sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to dry thoroughly.

    In a large skillet, melt butter; brown chicken on all sides. Add wine; spoon sauce over chicken to coat all pieces. Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Add grapes and cook for 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve chicken with sauce on the side.
    Chicken recipe serves 4.
