Banana Marshmallow Pudding

Extra-special banana pudding is made with prepared pudding, vanilla wafers, bananas, and a layer of miniature marshmallows.

• 1 package (3 1/4 ounces) vanilla pudding mix, cooked as directed
• vanilla wafers
• 2 bananas, sliced
• 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Line the bottom and sides of a 9 1/2x6x2-inch pan with vanilla wafers. Layer with half of the banana slices, half of the pudding, and 1 cup of marshmallows. Top with more vanilla wafers, then layer with remaining banana slices and pudding. Top with remaining marshmallows. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until marshmallows are browned. Serve banana pudding warm. Serves 6.
