Chicken Macaroni Casserole

Cream of mushroom soup makes this chicken and pasta casserole quick and easy to prepare. Feel free to use cream of chicken or cream of celery soup if you don't care for mushrooms.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

  • 1 1/4 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley or use 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese



Instructions:

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water as package directs, until macaroni is tender. Rinse and drain. Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole and bake for about 20 minutes at 400°.
