Sour Cream Raisin Pie
A classic sour cream and raisin pie recipe. Use a homemade pie pastry shell or a frozen prepared shell for this raisin pie.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 pie shell, unbaked, 9-inch
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices, salt, and eggs; mix well. Blend in sour cream and vinegar; add raisins, stirring to blend. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until set. Let pie cool at room temperature. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream topping, if desired.
