Cream Cheese Candy Recipe

Cream Cheese Bon Bons
This candy is easy to make with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut. Make the candy festive with your choice of food coloring!

Total Time: 10 minutes

• 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
• food coloring
• 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• dash salt
• 1 cup flaked coconut

Instructions:

Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl; beat until soft and smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring to tint to desired color. Add sugar gradually, blending well. Blend in vanilla and salt. Shape into small balls, using about 1 1/2 teaspoons of dough for each.

Roll in coconut and chill until firm. Keep tightly covered, in refrigerator.
