Breaded Boneless Pork Chops
These skillet pork chops are quick and easy to make.
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 boneless pork chops, about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil or cooking spray
In a shallow bowl or large food storage bag, mix flour, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt, and pepper.
In a separate shallow bowl, lightly whisk together the egg and water.
Dip pork chops into the egg mixture, then into the seasoned flour mixture.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, or spray with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the middle.
