Pat in Pan Pie Crust

No rolling required, just mix, pat in the pan, then chill briefly! This famous Bisquick pie crust recipe is a snap to make.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix together Bisquick and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir vigorously until a soft dough forms.
  3. Press dough firmly in 9-inch pie plate, pressing up the rim, using fingers dusted with flour or Bisquick.
  4. Flute edge, if desired.
  5. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake at 400 F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Fill and enjoy!
