Grilled Swordfish with Tomatoes
Grilled swordfish steaks are topped with a lively tomato, artichoke, and corn salsa mixture.

Total Time: 18 minutes
- 4 swordfish steaks
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen corn kernels, cooked
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro, optional
Instructions:
Drizzle lemon juice over swordfish steaks. Grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source for about 5 minutes on each side. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the fish at serving time.
