Grilled Swordfish with Tomatoes

Grilled swordfish steaks are topped with a lively tomato, artichoke, and corn salsa mixture.

Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 18 minutes

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro, optional



    Instructions:

    Drizzle lemon juice over swordfish steaks. Grill 4 to 6 inches from heat source for about 5 minutes on each side. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the fish at serving time.
    Grilled swordfish recipe serves 4.
