Guacamole

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped peeled tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice







Cut avocado in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp. Mash well and add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Serve with tortilla chips as a dip.
