Guacamole
Use this chunky basic guacamole as a dip for tortilla chips, as a spread for sandwiches, or topping for your burritos, nachos, or tacos.

- 1 medium avocado
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped peeled tomatoes
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Cut avocado in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp and discard the pit. Mash well and add remaining ingredients, until well blended. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Serve with tortilla chips as a dip.
