Quick and Easy Gravy for Chicken or Turkey

If you want gravy for a chicken or turkey meal but don't have the drippings, this recipe is a good choice. It's easy to make with butter, flour, chicken broth, and seasonings.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon granules or base, and Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Makes about 2 cups
