Simple Herbed Pork Chops

by , Updated April 6, 2017

Boneless pork shops are broiled to perfection with a simple mixture of olive oil and dried herbs. Use a garlic infused olive oil on these chops for a hint of garlic flavor.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

  1. Brush both sides of the chops with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the herbs and seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning.
  2. Place on an oiled broiler pan.
  3. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. The pork should no longer be pink in the center.
  4. To check for doneness, an instant read thermometer should read at least 160 when inserted in the thickest part of a pork chop, not touching bone or fat.
