Korean Barbecue Beef

This easy Korean beef marinates in a sesame marinade for 2 hours before stir frying. Feel free to cook this beef on the grill or under the broiler. Serve with fried rice or a noodle dish for a great Asian style meal.

Total Time: 2 hours 16 minutes
- Slice beef into 1/8-inch thick strips.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, pepper, green onions, rice wine, and sugar in shallow glass bowl. Add beef. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add a little peanut oil to the wok over high heat; stir fry the beef for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until beef is browned.
- Serve with rice or Asian style noodles.
