Easy Stroganoff

This stroganoff is a snap to prepare and cook. Serve this ground beef stroganoff with hot cooked noodles. Feel ree to use canned sliced mushrooms to save even more time.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 18 minutes
Total Time: 28 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef, about 85% lean
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • hot cooked noodles

Instructions:



Cook ground beef, onion, and mushrooms in a large skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring to crumble meat.

Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in soup. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and heat through. Do not let boil.

Serve over hot cooked noodles.
