Easy Stroganoff
This stroganoff is a snap to prepare and cook. Serve this ground beef stroganoff with hot cooked noodles. Feel ree to use canned sliced mushrooms to save even more time.

Total Time: 28 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef, about 85% lean
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
Instructions:
Cook ground beef, onion, and mushrooms in a large skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender,
stirring to crumble meat.
Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in soup. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour
cream and heat through. Do not let boil.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Serves 4.
