Chuck Wagon Salisbury Steak
Barbecue sauce gives these everyday hamburger steaks extra flavor.
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce plus more for serving
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
Instructions:
Measure cornflakes and crush to make 1 cup. Add egg, 1/3 cup of barbecue
sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and add hamburger. Shape in patties,
3/4-inch thick. Put remaining barbecue sauce on top. Bake at 375° F.
for 25
minutes.
