Pizza Roll-Ups
Frozen bread dough makes these pizza appetizers relatively quick and easy to prepare. The instructions give you the option of making them and freezing them, so there's always a bag in the freezer ready to make for a tv snack.

Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough , thawed
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 4 cups Italian tomato sauce or marinara, your favorite
Instructions:
Roll the thawed dough into 14 by 24 inch rectangle
about 1/4-inch thick.
Brown ground beef and stir in salt and pepper.
Spoon beef mixture evenly onto dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, slightly pressing the filling into
dough. Roll dough up lengthwise like a jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
Spray 2 rimmed cookie sheets with nonstick spray;
lay slices on sheets about 1 inch apart. Let roll ups stand for
10 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool
rollups and freeze in food storage 1-gallon bags. Place a 1-cup bag of Italian tomato
sauce in each bag. To serve: Thaw rollups and warm in a preheated
400° F. 10 minutes. Serve
with warmed Italian tomato sauce.
Makes about 24 roll ups.
