Wayne's Scallops

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic -- minced
  • 1 large green bell pepper -- sliced
  • 1/2 bunch green onions -- chopped
  • 4 ounces snow peas
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pound scallops, large
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup milk







Heat oil in large skillet. Saute garlic, green pepper and green onions until tender. Add snow peas and mushrooms. Saute until tender-crisp.
Add scallops. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add wine. cook for 1 minute, stirring often. Stir in milk. cook until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked linguine.
