Rinse shrimp and drain. Pour beer into a stainless steel pan and
add seasoning. Bring beer to a boil, and add shrimp. As soon as
beer comes back to a boil, remove shrimp with a slotted spoon.
Serve immediately with Key Lime Mustard (below).
For mustard sauce, cmbine mayonnaise, mustard and lime juice in small bowl and taste.
Add salt and pepper if needed. Serve with the shrimp.
