Broiled Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 small clove garlic -- minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 to 3 pounds fresh large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish; stir well. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade; place in a single layer in a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan or similar shallow baking pan(s). Pour about 1 cup marinade over the shrimp. Broil 2 minutes; turn shrimp over and broil 2 minutes longer or until done. Serve immediately.
