Shrimp and Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 4 oz. can choppped green chiles
- 1 cup thick/chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- shrimp for 4 to 6
- 8 oz fettucini or similar pasta
Instructions:
Saute garlic and onion in butter 3-4 min. Stir in chilies, salsa, and lime
juice; cook until bubbly. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Pour over
fettucini.
Note: I have used chicken strips in lieu of shrimp - very good.
