Peggy's Quick Cobbler
This fruit cobbler Recipe is an easy one with melted butter, flour, and fruit, along with other ingredients. This cobbler is flexible, letting you use your favorite fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 to 5 cups peeled sliced fruit
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt the butter in 9x13 pan.
Mix together the flour, milk, sugar, and baking powder; pour over melted butter
Put fruit (your choice), approx 4-5 cups over mixture
Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over top
Bake in 350° oven until golden brown (usually 30-35 minutes depending
on oven temp.)
