Nadine's Crockpot Pasta with Ground Beef
This tasty pasta and ground beef casserole is easy to prepare and cook in the slow cooker. Thanks to Nadine for sending this recipe to us!
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces small shells (cooked)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces provolone cheese
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 quart spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
Mix sauce, hamburg, shells and mushrooms together. Put 1/2 in crock pot,
pour sour cream over this and sliced provolone; now rest of sauce mixture,
sliced mozzarella on top. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
