Crockpot Spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. cream style cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. American or Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze as much water as possible. Cube
cream cheese, butter and cheese. Add to drained spinach. Slightly
beaten eggs. Add flour, salt and combine with spinach and cheeses.
Grease crockpot. 1 hour at high; 4-5 hours on low.
