Crockpot Roast Beef

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb. thawed, boneless roast1 (10 oz.) pkg. au jus mix
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1/2 soup can water

    Instructions:

    Place roast in crockpot. Combine sauce and pour over beef: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
