Peach Butter in the Crockpot
Ingredients:
- 6 c. unsweetened peaches
- 3 c. white sugar
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) apricot halves, drained
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
Put peaches through food mill or food processor. Mix all
ingredients together well and put in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Reduce heat to LOW, uncover, and continue cooking, stirring occasionally for 8 to 12 hours, or until very thick.
