Crockpot Brandy Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. brandy
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. dried onion
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Instructions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients and make into meatballs. Brown. Put into crock
pot. Mix together the last 5 ingredients and pour over meatballs and cook for
5 to 6 hours.
