Crockpot Italian Beef
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 lb. pot roast of beef
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 pkg. Good Season salad dressing
- 1 onion (optional)
Instructions:
Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crockpot.
Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or
over French bread.
