Crockpot Italian Beef

  • 4 to 5 lb. pot roast of beef
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 pkg. Good Season salad dressing
  • 1 onion (optional)





Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crockpot. Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over French bread. Back to the Index!
