Cornish Crock Pot

• 2 Cornish game hens
• 1 pkg. pecan rice
• 1 1/2 c. water
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting for 6 hours.
